It’s very cost-effective to rent out studio space when you need it, as opposed to finding the perfect space to buy or rent on your own. You won’t have the high overhead costs, and you won’t have to invest a lot upfront for backdrops or props. You also won’t need to pay utilities or do any studio maintenance.

We offer light, bright, and airy studio space that can accommodate any type of photo shoot. We have three different rooms that we can offer, and each one can be fully set up with different props, backdrops, and seasonal decorations. We can also accommodate video shoots.

DGB Studio offers a unique space for photographers that is made up of one large room that is divided in half by a sliding door. One half of the room has a canopy queen bed that can be used for boudoir sessions, maternity, or family. The other half of the room is made up of exposed brick, seasonal setups, and an area for any type of large backdrop setup.

Days Gone By Photography Studio is an inside studio that can be used for a wide variety of photo sessions.  When not being used for our own sessions, the studio is available for rental by any photographer who wishes to use it.

There are two different rooms available in the studio. One room has natural lighting from large windows with a bed, sofa, a backdrop area and other seasonal setups. The second room is an open area where backdrops can also be set up. 

One rental gets you access to either or both rooms, as well as use of furniture, decorations, and backdrops.  Please note the rental does not include the use of extra lighting equipment, except for small softbox continuous lighting. We also offer set-up for seasonal mini sessions.

We do offer a large assortment of poly paper backdrops, fabric, and paper. Please let us know ahead of time what you may be looking to use.

Yes! You don’t have to be a business owner to rent the studio.  However, all renters will be required to sign a contract for rental of the space and all fees will apply.

No, currently the space is not available for anything other than photo sessions.

Pets are not allowed in the studio at this time.

You can rent it for wedding photography. There is no bridal suite, but there is a vanity as well as a bathroom and changing area if needed.

If you want a beautiful inside location for wedding pictures have your wedding photographer contact us. We are located directly across the street from The Brick Yard on Main, and not far away from local churches and other wedding venues. 

The lease shall start and end as set forth in the rental agreement.  Set-up and clean-up time must take place during the hours set forth in the agreement. 

An hourly charge of $50.00 per hour will be applied for each additional hour that extends beyond rental terms, as set forth in the agreement.

There is no limit for this space, but very large families are discouraged due to space and backdrop sizes.

There will be no refunds of deposits made, only credit for future use.

Deposits will be kept, and renters will not be allowed to rebook if they don’t contact the owner.
